She was predeceased by: her sisters, Nancy Carrington and Cherrie Martin; and her parents, Sim Paine and Charline Paine. She is survived by: her husband Danny Joe Day; her children, Robert Day and Rebekah Day; and her brother Jim Paine.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clayton Kay Vaughan Funeral Home (200 E Patton Ave, Alvarado, TX 76009). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (101 E College St, Alvarado, TX 76009). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the DFW National Cemetery.
