She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Dierking and Mary Meier Dierking; her husband Arthur "Jim" Meinecke; her daughter Cherry Wright; her sister Marion Lampe; and her pet Bruewski.

She is survived by : her brother Charles Dierking (Janelle); her grandchildren, Rhonda Davenport (Bo), Russell Wright (Melissa) and Rachel Barker; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Ellis, Vivienne and Jonah; and her close friends, Neil and Cheryl Kulhanek.
