He was predeceased by : his parents, William Mouser and Carrie Mouser; his siblings, Opal, Frances, Velma, Thelma, Wayne and Bo; and his son David Lee Mouser.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Mouser (Yocum); his children, Terri Medford (Larry) of Taylor Texas, Loranne Blasig (Doug) of Giddings and Rick Mouser (JaRetta) of Matagorda; his daughter-in-law Timie Mouser; and his grandsons, Jason Medford, Randall Mouser, Mark Coates, Colton Coates, Joshua Coates and Cody Blasig.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beck Funeral Home (4765 Priem Ln, Pflugerville, TX 78660). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hutto Cemetery (100 Co Rd 135, Hutto, TX 78634).
