She is survived by: her parents, Joseph David and Eva David (Michalik); her spouse Jerry Edward Plachy April; her children, Betty Jane Plachy Brenek of Yarrelton and Robert Plachy of Cameron; and her sister Edith Vaculin of Buckholts. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
