He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Williams and Emma Shannon Williams; his former life partner Barbara Ellen Whipkey; his children, Jimmy Wayne Williams, Robert Lee and Donna Mae Wolcot; and his sisters, Nita Quillen, Boots Annie Merle Wallace and Norma Ellen.
He is survived by : his children, Alfred Williams (Kim Ives), Billy Joe (Michelle), Barbara Faye Wallace (Ray) and Rachael Lynn Victor (Chuck). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
