He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Whatley and Marjorie Whatley; and his brothers, Sonny Rux, Virgil Rux, Richard Rux, Gary Rux and Steve Whatley.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Treadwell of Canadian; and his sibling's children, Tina Alsup, Sonya Winston (John), Gwendolyn King and Tony Rux.
