She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. Cook and Martha Ann Ainsworth; her husband Rex Gayle Lippincott; her son Mike Shepard; and her siblings, Etta Mae Fields, Zella Fields, Ruby Helms, Zena Cook, Virgil Cook, Vera Williams, Betty Hatley, Gilbert Cook, James Cook and Dewey Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Freddy Allen Shepard and Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Julie Shepard, Christy (Cricket), Heath Schuessler, Morgan Hargrove, Justin, Shaun Shepard, Hannah Swiney and Mason. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
