She was predeceased by : her parents, Gomer Thomas and Bertie Mavis Thomas (Wood); her siblings-in-law, Normie and Lucille Christy; her brother Joe Robert Thomas; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Land Christy.

She is survived by : her husband Jack Christy of Canyon Lake; her brother Arthur Jones; and her children, Jack Christy, Jr. (Michele), Gerald Christy, Terry Christy (Vicky) and Lisa Patterson (Bobby). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
