He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Brown; his cousins, Leslie Adair and Jamie Alan Brown; and his stepchildren, Annella Sue Offenbacker (Susie), Timothy Earl Smith, Paul Edward Smith Jr. and Herman Daniel Smith.
