He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Anne Smith; his siblings, Donna, Alberta, Scottie (Greathouse), Debbie (Neely), Yaunetta Dunn, Diane (Avila), Sharon (Davis), James (Pam) and Andrew (Vicky); and also Maverick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
