She was predeceased by: her children, Joe Edward Ragland and Cissy Payne. She is survived by: her husband Roland Cooper Ragland; her children, Ron Ragland (Jonnie) and Cindy Kappel (Michael); her sisters, Betty Joe Baltz and Caroline Dennis; her grandchildren, Leslie Rogers, Amy Payne, Cassandra Netting, Samantha Kappel, Taylor Smith, Cashus Goette and Tearnie Jones; and her great grandchildren, Rory, Stevie, Miles, Nora, Joel, Mille Clair and Cooper.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home (1071 FM2673, Canyon Lake, TX 78133).
In honor of Mary Ann's giving heart, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
