She is survived by: her husband Travis Kip Box; her daughters, Tori Anderson (Justin), Megan Wilson (Tully), Kandice Box, Keslie Box and Kaylea Box; her grandchildren, Justin Vaughn, Ryan Vaughn, MaKayla Morton, Emilee Vaughn, Maci Wilson and Hudson Anderson; and her siblings, Cathy Thomas (Doug), Melissa Jernigan (Tony), Ted Stephenson (Bernice) and Todd Stephenson (Malissa).
