With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ele Maxine Sherrod of Canyon, Texas, born in Aspermont, Texas, who passed away on December 13, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, E. V. Smith and Beatrice Smith (Lanier); her spouse L. Sherrod; and her siblings, Myrtle Manning of Amarillo, Leona Brown of Farmington, NM and Chester Smith of Ruidoso, NM..
She is survived by : her sons, Clifford Sherrod (Brenda) of Canyon and Andy Sherrod of Los Angeles, CA; and her close friend Donna Farrow of Canyon.
