He is survived by : his parents, Toby Slater and Tina Slater of Canyon, TX; his brothers, Cody Lee Slater (Jocelyn) of New York, NY and Clay Slater of Amarillo, TX; his grandparents, Diana Slater of Canyon, TX and Doyle Herring of Amarillo, TX; his cousins, Philip Herring, Karyn, Kaila (Xavier) and Kae Pinkston (Donnie); and also, Violet, Wilma Sue and Tim Sanders. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
