He was predeceased by : his parents, Rachel Willems and Hector Joseph Willems; and his daughter Cindy Teal. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Willems; his sons, Gary Willems (Geri) and Jay Willems; his sister Florence Kittell; his friend Joe; and also Belgian.
