He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck Stejskal and Dolly Stejskal. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughter Kate Kelley; his son-in-law Matt Kelley; his grandchildren, Trinity Kelley and Conner Kelley; and his siblings, Cindy Murray (Steve), Randy (Leslie), Jeff (Lisa) and Tim (Kris). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
