She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Reinhardt and Roland Reinhardt; and her brother Kenneth Reinhardt. She is survived by: her husband Richard Glenn Duggan Sr.; and her sons, Richard Glenn Duggan Jr. and David Shane Duggan. She is also survived by four Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012).
