She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clyde and Annie Mildred Bates Hudson; her husband Billy Joe Rhodes; and her brother Donald Hudson. She is survived by: her children, Steven Rhodes of Carthage and Pam Payne (Mike) of Huntsville; her siblings, Marilyn Corder (J. P.) of Timpson, Martha Duck (Art) of Houston, Carloyn Granberry (Joe Paul) of Crockett, Charlotte Hayes (Jimmy) of Tyler, Bobby Hudson (Brenda) of Carthage and James "Bubba" Hudson (Wanda) of Florida; her grandchildren, Amy Busti (Tony) of Huntsville and Joel Payne (April) of New Waverly; and her great grandchildren, Blane Busti, Ally Beth Busti, Caleb Busti, Joshua Busti, Bethany Payne and Judson Payne.
