We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Dorris Marie Carter of Carthage, Texas, born in San Augustine, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Billy Charles Carter of Beckville, Texas.; and her brothers, Reverend W. L. Fussell and Billy Neal Fussell. She is survived by : her friends, Patti Williams Mehling and Sandra Kuykendall Kelsey; her daughter Kathrine Ripper (Bruce L. Ripper); her sister-in-law Hazel McCary Fussell; and her nephews, Billy Neal Fussell and John Wesley Fussell.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Harmony Hill Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Carter's name may be made to the Harmony Hill Cemetery Association (By check mailed to PO Box 975 Tatum, Texas 75691).
