He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay True and Leeland True; his wife Virginia Kay Prentice; and his grandson Levi-Colton Prentice. He is survived by: his sister Kay Prentice; his children, Donaven Brines (Lisa), Aster Nova and Bradley Kersh (Elisahah); his grandson Caleb (Destinie); his children, Josh, Thomas, Dusty and Charity; his grandson Zachary (Mary); his great grandchild Marcus; his son Chad Prentice (Christi); his grandson Clayton; his great grandchildren, Caitlyn and Caylee Mae; his children, Scotty Prentice (Carmen), Madison and Chloe; his grandson Ty; W. N. Otwell, Benjamin, Jacob, Heather Kristine and Michael Bush. He is also survived by his wife, his four boys, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
