He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Guidry and Erma Guidry; his children, Sonia Guidry Hawthorne, Gina Guidry, Mark Guidry and Marshall Reed; his siblings, Freddie Guidry, Thomas Guidry and Carolyn Jackson; and his grandchildren, Seth, Kaleb, Nathan, Shanice and Alyssa. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
