He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Warrick Raney; and his sister Sheila Gray. He is survived by: his children, Toni Raney Verch (Kevin) of Celina, TX and Scott Raney of Bryant, AR; his grandson Jake Raney of Bryant, AR; and his siblings, Barbara West of Sheridan, AR, Anita Raney of Colorado Springs, CO, Tommy Raney of Redfield, AR and Tim Raney of Prosper, TX. He is also survived by nephews, in-laws, and friends.
