She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Vines Fitzgerald and Louise Goodwyn Fitzgerald; and her brother Ray Fitzgerald. She is survived by: her husband William Hughes (Bill) of Center; and her brother Frank Fitzgerald of Center.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at the Oaklawn Memorial Park (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935).
