He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozelle Levels and Jimmie Lee Levels, Sr.; and his siblings, Gary David Levels and Dorothy Levels. He is survived by: his caregivers, Casey, Abbie and Jimmie.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walters Funeral Home (610 S Commerce St, Centerville, TX 75833).
