She was predeceased by : her parents, Thelma Jean Frisbe and Eric Clinton Carter; and her brother Eric Clinton Carter Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Misty Renea Neal (Dale Neal) of Severance, Darrin Richard Wilson (Hannah Wilson) of Kiev and Darrall Robert Wilson (Tesa Wilson) of Chandler; her grandchildren, Melinda Leah Voyles, Daniel, Robert Allen Carroll, Derrick Robert Wilson, Mikayla Nicole Little, Daylon, Devin Ray Wilson and Stefan Matuzko; and her sisters, Diane Baker and Trina Cloud. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
