She was predeceased by : her parents, Jim Millican and Clora Millican; and her spouse AJ Cutler. She is survived by : her sons, Ronnie Cutler (Pam) of Corsicana and Gary Cutler (Brenda) of Channelview, Texas.; her grandchildren, Alex Cutler (Anna), Stefanie Cutler, Stacey Collins (Zach), Lindsay Hill (Preston) and Hailey Cutler; her great grandchildren, Gage, Skylan, Ellie, Crew, Jonah and Noah; and her great great grandchild Orah. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Throughout her career, Katie made significant contributions to her community.
