The memory of Pauline Helen Mazurkiewicz of Chappell Hill, Texas, who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Louise Korpalska, Joseph, Josphine Kopec', Frank, Anastasia Malinowski, Lockhart, Jozef and Anna Derkowski; her siblings, Martha Bronikowski, Henry Kopeck, Margaret Bagwell, Johnny Kopech, Steve Kopech and Harry Kopech; and her parents, Raymond Kopec (Roman) and Rosalia Malinowski Kopec (Rose).
She is survived by: her husband Peter Mazurkiewicz; her sisters, Rose Mock, Louise Holke and Lucille Pavlock; her children, Dr. Jim Mazurkiewicz (Kathy), Deborah Mazurkiewicz and Ronnie Mazurkiewicz (Karen); her grandchildren, James Mazurkiewicz (Kathy Ann Mazurkiewicz), Cody Mazurkiewicz (Clinton Mazurkiewicz) and Ashley Mazurkiewicz Dodd (Stephanie Mazurkiewicz Muelhstein); and her great grandchildren, Colby Mazurkiewicz, Jason Mazurkiewicz and Keaton Dodd. She is also survived by her family, her parish and her friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Brenham Memorial Chapel (2300 Stringer St, Brenham, TX 77833). A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church (9175 FM 1371, Chappell Hill, TX 77426).
