He is survived by : his wife Amanda Manuel (Largent) of Chico; his father Luke Manuel (Cynthia Pauline); his stepmother Mary Elizabeth Smith; his mother-in-law Debora Pryor; his children, Fiona and Vivian Manuel; his grandmother Martha Ann Manuel; and also Ida Bell Manuel.
