He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond C. Jordan and Viola Vaught Jordan; his wife Ruth; his daughters, Penny Baldwin and Karen Criswell; his siblings, T. M. Jordan, Evelyn Drinkard, Glenda Perkins and Joe Jordan; and his great grandchild Braylie.
He is survived by : his son Wayland Dean Jordan Jr. (Michelle); his grandchildren, Trey Jordan, Autumn Bomer, Jarrett Poston, Tara Criswell Barnett, Jordan Criswell (Gena), Stetson Criswell, Haley Session, Blake Cooper, Broderick Baldwin and Bryson Baldwin; his great grandchildren, Kennedi Criswell, Ayden Cooper, Evelyn Criswell, Cayden Sigle and Londin Session; and his brother Raymond Lewis Jordan (Juanita) of Saginaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
