With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larae Kent of Christoval, Texas, born in Beach, North Dakota, who passed away on June 1, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Nix and Cecelia Nix; and her son Gregg Kent. She is survived by: her husband Joe Kent; her daughter Janis Jenkins (Randall); her grandchildren, Baylee and Logan Jenkins; her siblings, JoAnn Ackerman of Milton Freewater, Oregon and John Nix of Helena, Montana; and her siblings' children, Susan Koehn, Rhonda Miller, Gwendolyn Nix and Luke Nix.
In lieu of flower, the Kent family asks that you make a memorial donation in LaRae's name to Meals For the Elderly or your favorite charity.
