He was predeceased by: his father Russell Bellamy; his father-in-law Robert "Bob" Clemts; and his grandparents, William "Bill" Bellamy, Carl McWilliams and Carolyn Bellamy.
He is survived by: his mother Karla Bellamy; his wife Jackie Bellamy; his son Tyler; his brother Ben Bellamy (Jessica); his mother-in-law Sheila Clemts; his grandmother Yvonne White (Charles "Parker"); and his pet Koda Bellamy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.
In honor of Jeremy's legacy, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the National Carbon Monoxide Awareness Association (https://www.ncoaa.us), and Lone Star Paws 4 A Cause.
