He was predeceased by: his mother Berta Mae Humphrey; his grandson Travis Bonham Wright; and his nieces, Nancy Lou Humphrey and Lisa Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Ouida Anne Humphrey (Westbrook); his children, Leigh Martinez, Christy Ingram, John Mack Humphrey (Alexandra) and Suzy Wright (Martin); his grandchildren, Lindsey Crelia (Colby), Mack Martinez (Jess), Hailee Ingram (Hunter Houston), Justen Ingram (Stef), Hannah Jane Humphrey, Robert Martinez, Brad Wright (Jean), Jackson Wright and Stefanie Phillips (Chad); his great grandchildren, Wilder Crelia, Woods Crelia, Elley Grace Havard, Berkley Havard, Gatlin Havard, Callen Ingram, Carter Wright, Claire Wright, Paxton Martinez, Knox Martinez, Teddi Houston and Latney Phillips; his brothers, Don Humphrey (Ruth) and Sammy Humphrey (Lou Ella); and his siblings' children, Michael Humphrey, Donna Meals and Ginger Tidmore. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the East Paris Baptist Church (725 N Collegiate Dr, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Red River County Public Library, 307 N. Walnut St., Clarksville, Texas 75426.
