He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Winn; his son Justin Scott Winn of Austin; his brother Rowland Winn (Evy) of Brownwood; his aunt Louise Looney; and his sibling's children, Tressie Clawson, Rex Winn and Frank Winn. He is also survived by great-nephews, many cousins, and long-time friends and classmates.
