He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Nadine Ballinger; his parents, Fred V. Ballinger and Lila Beryl Gage; his children, Thomas Dee Ballinger and Sandra Lee Ballinger; his sister Barbara Patterson; and his grandsons, Justin Sackett and Brandon David.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Sue Eason, Jimmy Dean Ballinger, Karen Jene Ballinger, Alicia May Hendrix, Teresa Ann Guerra, Ruthie Ann Rhodes and Darren Scott Ballinger. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
