With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra (Sally) Ellen Mead (Cleveland, Texas), born in Bloomington, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Cooley and Clara McKinney Cooley; her siblings, Eddie Cooley, Roger Cooley and Gail Cooley Irish; and her great grandchild Opal.
She is survived by: her husband Luther; her children, Sheila Mead Popp and Randy Mead; her grandchildren, Dana Popp, Michelle Popp, Nick Cilley, Ryan Mead and Kyle Mead; and her great grandchildren, Kinleigh, Kade, Abby, Collin, Oliver and Olivia. She is also survived by relatives; adored nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
