He is survived by: his siblings, Owen Blair and Flossie Lee Culpan; his wife Jeannette Blair; his son Troy Otis Blair, Jr. (Tracy); his uncle Coy Williams (Mary); his sisters, Joann Britt (Anthony) and Vera McCarty (Wayne); his sister-in-law Cornelia Blair; and his grandchildren, Joshua Blair (Leslie), Rachel Blair (Michael), Aaron Blair, Errick Blair (Michelle), Joanna Blair Sims (Ben), Krystal Blair Holloway (Chandler), Dan Blair, Jasey Blair, Jayla Blair and Jason Pangarakis. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
