He was predeceased by : his parents, George Mokry and Mary Matula Mokry; his wife Billie Sims Mokry; his son Paul Alan Mokry; and his siblings, Georgia Cantrell, Lilian Magown, Jerry Mokry, Laddie Mokry, Tillie Mokry and Bernadette Mokry.

He is survived by : his children, George Gene Mokry and Susan Renee Cookston; his siblings, Mary Kadlubar and Alvis Mokry; his grandchildren, Joshua, Sebastian Mokry, Chasity, Devinne, Chelsea and Jodie Cookston; and his great grandchildren, Tristen, Hunter, Rowdy, Demi, Emma, Noah and Daniel.
