Virginia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Massey and Josephine Massey; and her husband Norman Neelley. She is survived by: her children, Linda Carol (Stephen Wittner) and David (Damaris Neelley); her grandchild DJ; her granddaughter-in-law Chrystal Neelley; her grandchildren, Emily (Hunter Pierce), Thomas (Becca Wittner), Derrick (Stephanie Neelley), Meagan Wittner, Dannielle (Justin Allen) and Katherine Wittner; and her great grandchildren, Trip Neelley, Logan Neelley, Barrett Pierce, Caroline Pierce, Annie Wittner, Blakely Allen, Charlotte Pierce and Theodore Wittner.
