He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Aguilar Sr. and Margarita Obregon. He is survived by: his wife Leticia Montemayor Aguilar; his children, Jaime Garza Jr. (Elizabeth), John Michael Garza (Angel), Bianca Marie Aguilar-Perez (Alfonso) and Robert Aguilar III; and his grandchildren, Dominic, Alex, Victoria, Ángel, Josué, Jasmine, Elaine, Zackariah and Ezra.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clute Community Center (108 Hargett St, Clute, TX 77531).
