He is survived by : his parents, Frank Joseph Scalise, Jr. and Rosalie Ragusa Scalise; his brother Brent; his sister-in-law Misty Scalise; his sister Nicole; his brother-in-law Lance Freeman; his niece Brittany Moore (Raymond); his great-nephew Anthony; his nieces, Anna, Sara, Ella and Lila Freeman; and his nephew Beau Scalise.
