He is survived by : his children, Vicki Shelly (Craig) of Alma, AR, Cheryl Snowden (Allen) of Van Buren, AR and Paul Pannell of Coleman, Texas; his grandchildren, Kayla Hartsfield (Ki) of Pearcy, AR, Blake Poole (Jillian) of Alma, AR, Chance Poole of Ft. Smith, AR, Cooper Snowden of Philadelphia, PA and Lani Elliott (Grant) of Little Rock, AR; and his siblings, Karen Walker of Van Buren, AR, Donna Woten (Larry Woten) of West Plains, MO and Ricky Lynn Pannell of Brownwood. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Jenkins Spring Cemetery (8100 Co Rd 292, Early, TX 76802).
