She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Euna Smith. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Wade; her children, Randy, Sharlotte, Steven, Brad, Richard and Laura; her son-in-law Wallace Gardner; and her grandchildren, Larry Wayne (Jennifer Randall), Shanae Wade, P. J. Lunsford, Cami (Floyd Smith), Tyler (Ashley Crenshaw), Austin Crenshaw, Ashlyn Crenshaw, Tommy Wade, Colby Wade and Jared Wade. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; and other relatives and close friends.
