She was predeceased by : her parents, Minet M Davis and Margie Roxie Barnett; and her husband Rod Martin. She is survived by : her children, Gerald and Minette; her son-in-law Lon Heuer; her grandchildren, Lon, James Heuer and Betty (Travis Scruggs); and her great grandchildren, June and Lily Scruggs.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the College Station City Cemetery (2530 Texas Ave S, College Station, TX 77840).
