He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank A. Supak and Lydia F. Supak (Barton); his sisters, Ella Vavricka, Laverne Piccolo and Linda Conner; his nephew Charles Vavricka; and his niece Dianna Piccolo.
He is survived by : his siblings, Melvin Supak, Mary Jane Smith and Betty Gold. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
