With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline C. Howell of College Station, Texas, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Reed Collier and Ferrol Collier (Howell). She is survived by : her children, Craig (Coylene Reed), Gene (Carol Christley) and Colleen; her husband John Howell (Ben); and her grandchildren, Chris McCarty (Carly), Casey McCarty Ellis, Rachel Gomez (Matt), Megan McCarty (Shannon Bostrom), Zachary Shattuck (Jessica) and Andrew Shattuck (Becky). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
