He is survived by: his mother Christa Reulbach Capps of Diboll, TX; his sisters, Angela Foote (Earl) of Cypress, TX and Carmen Nerren (Lamar); his niece Helena of Lufkin, TX.; his former wife Catherine Bright Capps; his daughter Amber "Nikki" Norton (Josh); his grandchildren, Ella Nicole, Joshua Kyle and Laney Annalise of College Station; his son Jonathan Capps (Katharine); his grandchildren, Grayson Rose, William Kay and Lily Vaughn of Brock, TX.; his significant other Carolyn Cheavens Capps; his stepson Justin Chance (Rachel); his children, Cooper, Aubree of College Station, TX and Brittney Smith (Aaron); and his grandchildren, Max and Caroline of Huntsville, TX..
