He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Monroe Haynes and Mary Grace Haynes (Snyder); his former wife Shirley Ann (York); and his siblings, Roy, Ray, Melvin and Pearl.
He is survived by : his wife Janice Elaine Haynes (Beebe); his children, Curtis Jerome Haynes (Amy) of Sacramento, California, Sharman Lynn Haynes of Austin, Texas and Sara Marie Dvoracek (John) of College Station, Texas.; his siblings, Leslie Haynes, Kenneth Haynes and Linda Sue Stults; his grandchildren, Patrick Dvoracek, Rachel Dvoracek, Alexis Griffin (Sean) and Carlos Haynes (Kara); and his great grandchildren, Coen Haynes, Lydia Haynes, Malcom Griffin and Audrey Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
