He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Whitfill and Dorothy Whitfill; and his brother Raymond Whitfill. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Whitfill (Paula) of Bryan and Curtis Whitfill (Janisa) of Denton, Texas.; his wife JoElla Whitfill; his brothers, Bobby Whitfill and Gary Whitfill; and his grandchildren, Travis, Noah and Hannah. He is also survived by his four great-grandchildren.
