She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Ross and Eva Ross; her husband William Buster Dykes; her children, Virginia Marie Dykes and William Bruce Dykes; and her siblings, Vera Marie Ross and Bobby Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Williford "Danny" Dykes, Larry Dykes of Colmesneil, Glenda Sue Lott of Colmesneil and Lois Evelyn Jones (David) of Woodville; her sisters, Daisy Owens and Barbara Sue Hadden of Colmesneil; and her close friend Leeanna Weeks. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
