She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence "Snip" Polach and Dorothy "Blondie" Polach. She is survived by : her husband Tommy Blair; her daughters, Carissa Cox (Philip) and De'Aun Emmons (Branden); and her grandchildren, Blair Cox, Brooke Cox, Sarah Cox, Logan Cox, Asher Emmons and Zayn Emmons.
